Sodium Alginate

• Sodium alginate is a natural water soluble colloid, which is extracted from kelp and other brown seaweeds.
• It is mainly used as thickener in the printing industry, providing the printing paste with necessary viscosity
• The sodium alginate has unique properties: small affinity with the dye increasing the dyeing color
